# Subscriptions and Renewal (/account/subscriptions-and-renewal)



These renewal and cancellation terms apply to Spline online subscription purchases online. If you have signed an order form with Spline (Enterprise customer), these terms do not apply to you – your order form terms apply instead.

### Refund Policy [#refund-policy]

* All payments are non-refundable unless we determine otherwise.
* If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method.
* Refunds may be granted in situations such as:
  * Billing errors
  * Duplicate charges
  * Other circumstances at our sole discretion

#### How to Cancel [#how-to-cancel]

You can cancel your subscription at any time by following these steps:

1. Navigate to your account's [Settings](https://app.spline.design/account).
2. Click on Cancel Plan and follow the process.

#### Cancellation Terms [#cancellation-terms]

* Your subscription will stay active until the end of the current billing cycle.
* You will retain full access for the duration of your paid period.
* Once canceled, your subscription will not renew automatically.
* We do not offer partial refunds for unused time in the billing period.
