👋 Real-time Multi-user Collaboration

Aug 27, 2024

That’s right, you can now invite other people to your files as editors or viewers and collaborate in real-time to create 3d scenes. It works just like you’d expect to: You can share a link or invite by email, and control the different access levels.

With multi-user collaboration we’ve also added auto saving!

🗂 File Folders and File Previews

Jul 01, 2024

With one of our paid plans, you can now create folders to organize your files. As well, your files now have image previews, so you can easily find your work.

Select files using rectangular selection and even group multiple selected files or items into a new folder. Organize your personal and teamwork the way you want to.

We spent a lot of time crafting how the system works to make it straightforward as possible. We will keep improving it regularly.

🎨 Redesigned UI

Jun 01, 2024

A new dashboard was built to accommodate the addition of teams. With that, we cleaned things up and left only the most important pages easily accessible from the main menu. This way you can stay focused on creating and collaborating.

We made sure there was still a place for your personal files, with the option to collaborate with others. As we believe the first step before joining or creating a team, begins with your personal files.

In addition, we also built our own typeface! That's right, we literally built an open-source typeface called Spline Sans (and a mono-spaced version called Spline Mono) that is meant to be used in user interfaces.

Feel free to download it from Google Fonts and start using it.

🖼 New Templates Library

May 31, 2024

Last but not least, we have a new library! Inside, you can find 3D models to use in your own Spline projects or scenes built with Spline from which you can learn.

We also added a way to quickly access this library from inside the editor so you can quickly add models to your scenes.

And yes, all of the library items can be used for commercial purposes.
