How to create a new file

  1. From the main view, there are two ways to start a new file.
    1. On the top left right by your name, press the ”+” icon.
    2. On the “My Files” tab next to search, press the “New File” button.
  2. Once you’re inside a new file, it’s time to start creating your 3D scene.

Controlling the camera

To control the camera you can use your mouse + keyboard or just simply use the trackpad with gestures.

Orbit the camera

Zoom the camera

Learn from the library files & Community

Exploring the Spline Library and Spline Community is a good way to discover new ways to create 3D content within Spline. From simple static scenes to complex animated ones, you’ll find examples and inspiration that will help you craft your scenes faster.

How to access the library

  1. From the main view under your name click “Library”.
  2. From the editor click on “Library” in the bottom left corner.
  3. Explore sub-categories in Scenes and Objects and click to add them.

  1. From the main view under your name click “Community”.
  2. Explore Community scenes and also share your amazing designs!
  3. Remix scenes to understand how your favourite scenes were created.
