Subscriptions and Renewal

These renewal and cancellation terms apply to Spline online subscription purchases online. If you have signed an order form with Spline (Enterprise customer), these terms do not apply to you – your order form terms apply instead.

Refund Policy

  • All payments are non-refundable unless we determine otherwise.

  • If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Refunds may be granted in situations such as:

    • Billing errors

    • Duplicate charges

    • Other circumstances at our sole discretion

Cancellation Policy

How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time by following these steps:

  1. Go to your Profile

  2. Navigate to your account's Personal Settings.

  3. Click on Cancel Plan and follow the process.

Cancellation Terms

  • Your subscription will stay active until the end of the current billing cycle.

  • You will retain full access for the duration of your paid period.

  • Once canceled, your subscription will not renew automatically.

  • We do not offer partial refunds for unused time in the billing period.
